At Griff'On, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Eligible Products
Our products are customized according to your preferences (size, shape, design, etc.) and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of clear defects or production errors.
Damaged Products or Order Errors
If you receive a damaged item or there is a mistake in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include a clear photo of the item in question. After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution: replacement, store credit, or another form of compensation depending on the situation.
