Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared. Processing time is 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For custom designs, processing may take up to 7 business days. It may be affected by heavy demand or vacantions.

Delivery Time

Deliveries are handled by La Poste or Relais Colis. Shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days within mainland France after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the package weight, shipping method, and your address. The total cost is clearly displayed before payment confirmation. Free shipping in mainland France for order over 150€.

Responsibility

Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you if any issue arises.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully. In case of error, any reshipping fees will be your responsibility.
