Terms and Conditions effective as of June 4, 2025.

1.Purpose
These terms and conditions apply to all sales made through the Griff'On website. By placing an order, you agree without reservation to these terms.

2.Products

We sell handmade press-on nails and customed application kits. Minor variations may occur between models.

3.Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products will be charged according to the price in effect at the time of order.

4.Payment
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or via PayPal. Payments are securely processed by Shopify using SSL encryption to protect your banking information. No payment information is stored on our site. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

5.Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6.Right of Withdrawal
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or unsealed hygiene products. No returns or refunds will be accepted except in case of defective products or errors on our part.

7.Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Otherwise, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
